- Master Degree in Law, International Law, Management, Business or a related field;
- 3+ years in policy development, regulatory compliance, or legal support;
- Knowledge of international and local regulatory requirements in the areas of AML, KYC, GDPR, and information security;
- Experience in developing and implementing policies in large companies;
- Excellent analytical and research skills;
- Ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and management levels;
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in working with documents;
- High level of written literacy;
- Knowledge of electronic document management principles and systems;
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards;
- Advanced level of English proficiency;
- Experience working with Confluence as a highly advanced user;
- Experience working with Jira.
- Development and Implementation of the Global Policies;
- Develop and update policies in areas such as AML, KYC, GDPR and information security;
- Create and implement global self-exclusion policies (CCRG 2022);
- Ensure that policies comply with international and local regulatory requirements;
- Coordinate the process of policy implementation within the company;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation and compliance with policies;
- Monitor and control adherence to the developed policies;
- Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure compliance with established policies;
- Organize and conduct training programs for employees on the developed policies;
- Provide support and consultation to employees regarding policy compliance;
- Analyze the effectiveness of implemented policies;
- Develop proposals for improving and updating policies based on collected data and feedback;
- Maintain contact with regulatory bodies on policy development and compliance issues;
- Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory authorities.
